Late harvest of Malvoisie, that macerated for a few hours in the press, when the juice was 20° potential alcohol (more than 335g of sugar per liter).
The orange colour comes from the grape skin which was in contact with the sugary juice.
Fermentation and maturation in barrels.

Tasting

Ideally with chocolate desserts or tart fruits. Can also be tasted as a liquor around the fireplace.
